Car now has a bouncy idle. What could this be?

I took my old 14b turbo off and put a fresh one on there and i just finished installing my new dejon hard intake piping and boost gauge but now i have a bouncy idle.

The car burns oil more than normal and at idle it bounces from about 1 to 1.5k. What exactly could be causing this idle?

Vaccum Leak?
Exhaust Leak?

Just need some advice and possibilities of what could be wrong and how i can fix it.

Does this occur during cold idle or warm idle? Also, how much vacuum is your gauge displaying at idle?

I know it surges when it's hot. I'm pretty sure it does not do it when it's cold but the vaccum is ready like 17
