car idles/surges when im driving and put it to neutral

I dont know whats wrong with my car. My car idles/surges when im driving and put it to neutral. But when i come to a complete stop it stops idling/surging. I do not know what the problem/issue is so please help! thanks.

Its idle surge, like you said. Research a little to find some fixes. The easiest ones are boost leak test and fix all your leaks. You can then try to lower the idle, not with the BISS screw but with the sensor on top that changes how open the throttle plate is.

Mine does it about 3 times when coming to a stop in neutral and then it goes away, trying to get all other maintance done and out of the way then I will start searching for leaks. Doesnt affect anything on my end though.
