Its been a gradually increasing problem, every now and then I would come to a stop and my rpms would drop to about 400 yea that low. After I replaced the tps (I used a volt meter to set the ohms) I hoped it would change but now it does it almost every time i come to a stop expecially after hitting boost. After about ten seconds it starts to pick up again then it will jump up and down from 750-1000. Need help here guys someone told me ecu  Any input is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

my car does that same thing i cant figure out what is wrong with it. hopefully someone will give us some advice so that we can fix the problem before i beat my car with a hammer

The likley culprit is the Idle Speed Controller(ISC) The unit regulates your idle speed and is notorious for being the culprit of Idle surge..wich it sounds like you have.

Doing a search should net you quite a few results and more information. Vfaq I believe has information about testing procedures on the ISC.

Hope that helps yah out.

the isc is known for clogging with carbon, and causing that idle surge. Take it off, and blast it with some carb and choke cleaner, and see if that helps ya out.
