Suspect starter relay, theft alarm starter relay, or clutch pedal position switch (bad or out of adjustment).

In order for the engine to crank over, get fuel and get spark, wouldn't the problem have to be somewhere in the ignition system?

but everything does turno on and i got a noisy 190 fuel pump that comes on but nothing to the starter.

Yes but that was before when it would start on it's own without the key in. Now he says his problem is no power to the starter so I assume he's trying to start it with the key. That's the problem I'm addressing which needs to be fixed first.

No power to the starter can be loose or dirty battery cable terminals to the starter or engine (most common), or bad starter relay, or park/neutral position switch (for an auto) not working, or ignition key start position not working, or broken wire in starting circuit. If you have a remote starter that could also cause this as well as the previous starting without key in case.

I pulled the starter and I cant get it to turn over when I hook up a power powersource (not sure if im testing it right) so ill take the starter in to get a new one and see where that takes me.
