Car doesn't roll. (starter)

I have a 95 n/a its usually fine, just had the ECU replaced with a brand new one. Today I'm driving to school, everything fine. I go to school, get out early and start the car when it doesn't even roll! Starter didn't click, or anything. So I'm like WTF? I pull out the engine fuse which seems to be absolutly fine so I put it back and it starts no prob!? WTF? Could the starter be busted?

ok, i dont get your question. . .does your car start or not?

Maybe the fuse had some dirt on the contacts or something? I wouldn't worry about it.

It stars now, but I don't know what caused it before? The fuse? Starter?

All I did was remove the fuse and stick it back it...
