The large diameter intake shouldn't cause any issues with your vacuum, and definitely as far as i know it also would not cause the problem you are having. does it stall between shifts?

i have cleaned it out throughly an bought new tps an icm do you think i could have a vaccum leak causeing it my gauge says 12 to 14 vacum then drops off when the car diess..cold or hot

Yeah that is what i meant by "between shifts". I had the same issue, the car would die when i disengaged the clutch and when i came to a stop i would have to rev it to keep it going, wasn't the throttle body or the isc or any of that. Check the connection at your fuel pressure solenoid where your boost gauge taps into, if that is loose it will cause idle problems. Also check all the vacuum lines feeding from your intake, check your MAF sensor and MAP sensor. Honestly, for me the problem just went away once the car started getting driven alot. but when i disconnect the battery or don't drive for a few days it starts doing it again, although its less frequent
