Car dies no spark 1&4

I have a 93 talon tsi. I bought it not running and put a cas in it and it fired right up but died after 3 seconds. Found out I didn't have spark on 1&4. So I swapped coil packs still no spark on 1&4. Checked for signal at the transistor and no signal. Just checked it at the ecu and nothing there either. So I would think ecu but this ecu came out of a running car. Any suggestions let me know thanks

Also the car horn honks nonstop and the power locks go from lock and unlock a few times then end on lock. Anti theft fuse is out and relay for anti theft is out too. Car will stiffer for couple seconds then die no matter what you do to keep it running
