Car started to randomly shut off while driving
but always started right back up.

Just recently shut off but wouldn't start back up.
No codes.

Parts Replaced:
Crank position sensor
Cam Sensor
Coil Pack
ECU
ASD/Fuel Pump Relay
Also Checked all fuses.

Fuel Pump is kicking on.
Scanned for codes, nothing came up that
would cause a no start.

No Spark on Cylinder 1-4
But I do get spark on 1-4 if I unplug the cam sensor?!

I checked the wires, none look corroded/melted/broken.

Any idea?

I would re-check those wires..sounds like you may have a sensor randomly grounding. Being as you mentioned that cam sensor, I would double check that whole length of wire.

What I also noticed was right before it shut off a few days ago,
the car was getting kinda hot.

But it has always got randomly hot at times, fan kicks on and
brings the temp back down.

And relevance?

Does anyone know the voltage/ohms or whatever that needs to be going to the
cam sensor during crank?

How hot is hot? And how are you checking the wires for spark?

Well whatever tempature is the set value for the fan to kick on.
But visual wise, when the needle is in the middle, the hottest it gets
is half way from the middle of the guage to the redzone.

---Hot

---Highest point it reaches(Here)

---Middle(Normal temp)

---Warming up

---Cold

&& I'm sticking a screw driver inside the plug wires
and setting it on the valvecover for ground.

If it randomly gets hot you probably have a bad thermostat or air in the coolant system.

If you get the crank and cam sensor from the part store I recommend returning them as defective and getting them both from the dealership. 420a and 4g63 cam sensors and crank sensors from parts stores have proved themselves VERY unreliable to me. Remember changing 6 cam sensors on a pt cruiser once working at a shop till we finally got both from the dealership and fixed it.
