car clicking shuts fuel off. I need all the help/advice I can get.

I have changed the mpi relay twice now. While driving or idling the relay will click then the engine light comes on, shuts off Then it will be good. Sometimes it goes haywire and clicks continuously, sometimes it won't do it at all. I can not figure out what is causing my car to momentarily cut the fuel. The data logger does not read the problem causing this.
What the real irritating factor is that sometimes when I press the clutch the car will cut off. ( I don't need to press the clutch to start it, I removed the clip for the clutch switch.) What relay of wire am I over looking that will solve this problem. I have got to figure this out. Thanks in advance.

You most likely have a short, Check the ground wire from the relay. It could be a bad ground from the ecu Pin 53 and 66 on the ECU. And check the Hot wire 107 from the ECU.
You also have a Connector inline with the HOT from the ECU Connector c-59. C-59 is located under the stereo, its the one on the left, looking in from the seat.

After so long I have finally resolved the electrical issue. I can't narrow it down to exactly what it was, but one of my socketed ecu caps finally started to show they were leaking. My other ecu is fine. Which was installed while the car was shutting off as well. It was because of a bad afpr. It wouldn't hold vacuum and every time I started the car it would have to prime the fuel line again. So long story short it's fixed and thank you for all the help.
