My car started to not idle very well and to buck and misfire in the lower rpms and won't take boost in the upper rpms. I have a code TPS out of range. I unplugged the tps and it idles and no bucking should I replace the tps or just try to adjust it?

One other thing my car is running kind of rich at wot because if I take the adjustments on my maft anything but 0 the car will barely idle and die if you touch the gas.

If your getting a TPS code it could mean that your TPS has finally worn out. Try logging the TPS and make sure that it smoothly changes value with no spikes or dropouts. Make sure the car is warm when your testing becuse it's not uncommon to find that the TPS works great cold but ater it gets hot it starts dropping out.

Checking to boost leaks is always a good thing and I'm not a fan of venting your BOV unless your running some sort of post BOV air metering.

The engine will always run rich during WOT. It's setup to run that way normally. The gas helps stop knock and keeps the engine a little cooler under that heavy load. Venting your BOV will make you run rich at shifts when it goes off. If you want to vent right get a MAS with translater and can your MAF.

If your TPS has been bad for a while maybe not bucking but could still be bad. It's most likely going to make your engine run a lot richer. If you pull your plugs they should be coated in black crud from this.

For fixing your TPS your best is like they said get a logger on it. When you have the logger on it see if it's reading 10% at idle and 100% at WOT. When I had the problem it was intermitent and 90% of the time it didn't start till the car was hot. Also clean up the connectors they may look clean but get a small file or sandpaper and clean them anyway. If that doesn't fix it I got better results myself by crushing the clips a little more in the harness end of the connection. If that doesn't fix your problem then it's time for a new TPS.

The connector pins are plated, don't use a file or sandpaper on them. Clean them with electrical contact cleaner and paper towel.
