Oh it is a little bit of a pain I got it to finally install. But For some reason it will not let me choose the option to look up my car via the VIN.
It has Chassis number which I don't know what that is.
But on the site is says it should be able to look up via VIN number.

as far as installing it just download the ISO file total will be little over 500mb.
Extract the iso files somewhere like your desktop.
Then Right click on the first 1 and click Mount.
it will then be like it was in your computer like a CD rom.
Open it double click the Setup follow the instructions on the site to install.
When it comes time to "insert disk 2" just click cancel on the install part BUT DONT CLOSE IT
Then on the first disk mounted right click it and select EJECT
go to the Second Iso file and click MOUNT
then go back to the install and click RESUME then it will finish installing.
Then just go to the folder that is called CRACK and copy the file mmData.dll to X:\MMC\ASA\M00\PROG\ (X: being the drive you installed the ASA program too.) the file mmData.dll will replace the existing one there.
Then run the file MMC.REG that is located in the CRACK folder. After that click FINISH on the installation of the program. Then should be set.

I dont know the answer to that. There are some Scam sites out there that will sell you it but I wouldnt do that haha.

There are programs like WInRar.
http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
if you have windows 64 bit operating system get Winrar x64
if you have windows 32 bit operating system get Winrar x86
etc mac, linux

Install it then al you have to do is right click on the .rar file and it will say extract

Has anyone gotten ASA to work on Windows 10? When going through the installation it tells me the drivers for the HASP HL are incompatible, then when attempting to run the program it simply gives a "key expired" message. Running as administrator does not get around it.

I have asa on windows 10 but it was already installed when changing from 8 to 10. Not sure if that matters.

Ive never used a vin. Chassis numbers will give you build date splits which can be helpful

D22a is 1g fwd both turbo and non turbo
D27a is 1g awd
D32a is 2g fwd turbo
D33a is 2g awd
The nice part about a broad search is you can cross reference other models for compatibility. Especially helpful for junkyard searches.

I just recently installed asa on my windows 10 fine.. you have to modify the MMC file in note pad to get it to work. then save it to the desktop. here's where i found the instructions at the bottom of the page.

And the error message about the drivers being incompatible. i got that message as well but it still works.
