Ok SO ANYONE EVER had there little hub cap part on there stock GSX rims come off while they were driving?

Yup, I have had the large one on my 1g eclipse come off on the freeway (due to bad tire balancing) and the little one on my 2g talon fall out. (due to the retaining ring rusting apart)

So long as i'm not going crazy
I thought maybe someone had stolen one of mine, but it might be that it just came off also.
