My car is Eclipse GSX 90, the turbo on my car is from the Mitsubishi Starion (not stock but similar to it). Earlier this turbo made 15 psi without any problems (the shaft play was very little). A week ago, I decide to clean my air cleaner, i took it out from the car, clean it with the brush, i did not wash it with a shampoo, after that i inject some oil on to the surface of the cleaner. After assembling of all, i run the car, i made two hard runs and everything was ok, during third run the turbo start to squeal pretty loud (not whisle as always). Turbo could not make any more than 0 psi (even withour wastgate actuator), and still can't.
What hepend with the turbo or with something else??????????????
Could turbocharger become broken in so shot period?
Help me with advise please, what to do???

How much psi with those two hard runs? Did you prime the turbo and check for boost leaks before the hard runs?

wait a minute??? Is this a HAHN racecraft turbo???? those are the only ones I know to be using TD05 - TD06 turbos. DSM's Have newer TD05H - TD06H turbo's in the after market. The Starion td05's had a Extremely rare 1 in 100 chance of the actuator sticking open I know mine stuck open and I bought a new turbo thinking it was broken . ( I had a 89 conquest TSI that had a 3 port wastegate, HI,Low, and i forgot the other one) HRC use a one port. Check your wastegate acuator maybe it stuck.

that two runs was about 10 - 14 psi, i did not disassemblem it yet, but it dos not looks like leaks...

It also does not looks like stuck waste gate... After engine repair i was driving my car always with opened wastegate and the turbo anyway made about 0,3-0,4 psi.

My turbo is td05h from starion i guese.

Take off the intake and look at it and check for shaft play. No offense but keyboard mechanics isn't going to get the job done.
