Problem solved, was the launch control. It was active at 4500rpm and since I dont have a speed sensor, it was cutting fuel.

Here is a copy from my post on ECMLink

So I am still trying to dial in or out fuel at the 4500 range. No matter what I do, it will pull good then drop lean, or I add fuel and it runs like a pig and builds harldy any boost.
Here are some random thoughts I put on paper for this post.

Runs lean at 4500
actual psi is 12.5, but est is 7 (ill relog my GM sensor but I think I might be having issues with my LC1, read below)
its either lean, or way rich
Logged WB is is about 1 point leaner than guage LC1
I have moved maf sliders up and down, how much of a change should a person make?
fuel table is at 10's (i know this is dependant on glabal and things) but logged is 12.5, est is close to table, then all of the sudden it all drops off lean
if its rich it revs like a pig and builds no power

This log has a 1-2-3 gear pull right at the beginning, and a good 2K to stumble 4500 pull at 283 seconds, and at 292 you can see and track it dropping off lean.
I have tried alot of things, sliders of maf and fuel all over the place...still cant get past 4500rpm
During the log after the first set of pulls there is a drive in 4th and 5th gears showing the tune there, and right after the last pull where the log ends, is a good idle log.

I dyno in about 3 weeks and would like to get something to get to 6000 to do a boost match and at least run to 7500 or so where well dyno to.

I have found some good reading in this thread.....ill be reading it soon. " WBO2 doesn't agree with AFRatioEst "

And I have done a Boost leak test to 20psi with none.

Here is a list of my mods. Volvo 2.5 stroker - (96.5 bore 86 stroke) - long rods - 1.5 sched 10 ss Merged collecor header - Full 3 inch exhaust - 1000cc Delphi - Evo8 maf - big intercooler - Sheetmatal inake with tapered, straight runners - 16v head - cranks 220psi - 255 walbro. Stand alone V3 full dsm electronics - 65mm tb - PTE3431 57trim - ceramic coated header and DP

Might be having a fuel pump issue.....Im going to check that tomorrow when I have a chance to get back out.
