bought the car, and now notice my left rear wheel is wobbling when im driving. and sometimes knocks on something, dont know what though.

The fitting inside looks like it needs a big allen key. I have something that ALMOST fits it but it doesnt slide in. Ive tried to spray it with WD40 and scraped the rust off, but that doesnt help. What do I do? OMG

Whoever sold it to you should have gave you the wheel lock key to fit inside those lugs. Autozone or someplace like that might have the key to fit in there. If not they make "turbo" sockets that literally bite into the lugs as you gun them off, wrecks the lugs but the lugs you have are junk anyway.

As for the wobbling it sounds like a bad hub. Or maybe those POS lugs aren't even tight.

I have had sever sets of those type lug nuts. I got spare keys from my local wheel shop (there is piratically one on every corner here LOL) I used to have a spare hex key but I am down to one.

They are so common here I took and used one star type as a locker to make it hard for some one to steel my wheels. Two keys sucks but worth keeping my wheels on the car LOL.

Go with some stock lug nuts once you get those off. The stock lug nuts use a washer to hold on the wheel. Your problem is most likely those lug nuts get them off the car before you lose a wheel!

those lug nuts look like they are for lug-centric wheels, dsm's are hub-centric. you got 1 stocker on there and 4 junk ones, i'd say the wobbling is caused by the crappy lugs.

well i dont care about the wheel locks. Nobody is going to even try to steel these rims/tires. so pointless. Id love to rip these things off and put regular lug nuts on.

I have something that almost fits. maybe I should try shaving some off?

Try beating a 1/2 in extinsion or maybe a 3/8 but it might be too small, As stated above a torx bit might do the trick or maybe a big allen socket, Just beat it in with a hammer. Or they make special sockets for removing lugs.

I had the same problem on my stock wheels with the lugs the guy didn't give me the key i had to heat and beat on a socket to the lugs to get them off it worked but what a wast of sockets. I bought those sockets that are supposed to get them off and one set the teeth ground off and could not get a bit on it. Then went out and got a good set of craftsman and rounded the lug off and could not bit. you could try them still but I'm trying to save you a big head ache.

That allen wrench seems to be the same as the one needed for the gm brakes. Which you can buy the set at auto zone or any other auto parts.

Same problem this way except I have the key and the inside of the lug is rounded out. Any other advice as I've tried damn near everything. These are on tuner rims so I can't get a socket in there to bite around the outside.

They have things such as "lugnut breakers", and they thread onto the outside of it, and is suppose to "ream" off the lugnut, without harming the threads, but I have never personally tried it. Also, try heating it?
