Can't get right-S-AFCII settings

Okay, i've tried everything to get my car to pull hard or at least not knock since I got these 550cc injectors. I put a 2G MAF in at the same time and nothing seems to be working. I've tried different throttle points on the S-AFCII, tried to lean it way out, run super rich, nothing is working. I'm running at about +9 from 4000rpms up and only running 14-16psi on the 14b. I have a 2½" downpipe back with a cat and UICP. (other supporting mods) No boost leaks i know of and boost creep doesn't always happen, but I still knock (15+ counts) when I hold 16psi. My timing doesn't look that bad 15 deg or more, but it doesn't pull after about 4500 rpms. What % should I shoot for on the S-AFCII? Should I look for a problem somewhere else? The only thing i can think of is the 180lph fuel pump that I was told was in the car, isn't there. (the 180lph is from the 3kGT if you didn't know) Can i check this? (visible differences) Can anyone help me? :cry:

550s and a 2g maft are a good match. Put the settings to zero and try again.
 
I've reset the ecu numerous times, becuase it keeps reverting to the "bad" fuel trim mode. I know this cause my knock LED stays on all the time when it reverts. After resetting the ECU it works fine. I'm going to keep trying this, but I was wondering if anyone had some "basic" settings they use. With the 550's and the 2G MAS it should be close to 0 right? My lowest RPM (set at 800 right now) is like -9 and jumps to about +3 at 1600 or so. This is just the low throttle position as an example of how i have to get it to idle right. Ask me some questions so i can clarify what I'm doing wrong or where I should look. Thanks.

Yep. But you'll have to see what your fuel trims are doing, too, and make any necessary adjustments from that.
