First, dumping E85, race fuel, or whatever else you can conjure up is not a solution to this problem.
Second, if you want good tuning advice, you'll need to fill out the template. You saying it's all good is worthless to anyone really trying to help you. We use the information in the template to help evaluate your tune. Without the information, you won't get any feedback. This format allows those willing to help you to easily verify your car is in good working order before time and effort is invested assisting you with tuning advice. You can't tune a car that's not mechanically sound.

Next, go create a DSM profile and compile a complete mod list for you car. The more details you provide, the more it helps others help you without having to ask a bunch of redundant questions about what's done to your car. You can view my profile for an example of a comprehensive mod list.
Your log:
At a glance, your timing is probably part of your problem. It's typically sitting at 20+ degrees as you start to roll onto the throttle, then drops way down as throttle input increases and the car transitions into open loop (as it should). In your case, the timing is then being further retarded when the car starts to knock. In the lower RPMs, load is high, and your timing is also high (advanced) while in closed loop. I believe this is translating into knock as you roll onto the throttle, transition into open loop, and further increase the load on the engine at low RPM. Sadly, I think it will be difficult correct an issue like this with DSMlink 2.5, as you don't have the direct access feature that would allow you to access the open loop fuel and timing tables. With direct access, it may be possible to use your log to identify what cells are being highlighted when the car transitions from closed to open loop, and pull some timing in the affected areas. To get the DA feature, you'd need to upgrade your 2.5 to V3 http://www.ecmtuning.com/product_info.php?cPath=25&products_id=37
Does the car knock at WOT? Can you post a log of a 3rd gear pull?
Complete the steps above, and you'll get the help you need. If you don't, you'll probably be stuck with the vague info you've been getting.
