Ok now I know this makes me sound like a freakin idot but I just can't get my sparkplugs out. I think you use a 5/8 but for somereason thats not working. So am I just stupid? Its a 1g motor so maybe its a differenct size I don't have. Please tell me so I can stop feeling stupid.

Also make sure you're using a deep well socket. Otherwise it won't be long enough to fit over the plug. They sell special sockets with foam intserts that will hold onto the plug once it's loose.

Can't get ahold of them? I have a sparkplug socket that has the rubber on it just seems like I can't fit it around the spark plug to get ahold of it. I'll try warming up the motor but gotta fix the HG first.

Well if 13/16ths doesnt work out, I remember with my old 94 nissan sentra XE you had to take out the rubber piece inside the socket for some reason, it was just a little too small with the rubber piece in there. Took me a while to figure that one out :)

13/16ths -- that's why you can't get them out. Trust me on that one, just go get a deep well 13/16ths or a 13/16ths SP socket.

generally are 13/16 while mine are 5/8.

if you look down in the head, you should be able to easily tell what you got.

13/16 thats an unusual size for me. Got to be the problem thanks, no I don't feel like such an idot.
