I bought my car in non-running condition. It needed a turbo and some parts put on that I had in a box. So I am now to the point of starting it and at first it wouldnt turn over. I wasnt getting power to the inside either so my cousin and I figured out that the inginition fuse in the fusible links box by the battery wasnt there. in fact there were no fuses there. So I got fuses and now it turns over fine. I checked for spark and I'm getting wet spark plugs in two of the cyl. but I am not really smelling fuel. So tonight I'm gonna get new spark plugs just to cancle out that it might be my plugs. I dont have a volt meter so I cant check for codes but I'm kind of thinking I have one or two bad injectors. However, I do have two vacume lines not connected. One is for the fuel evap system and the other I dont remember which. They are both up by the driver's side strut tower where the a/c relay box normally connects. I have pictures but I'll post the links later today at school. Any help is really apreciated.

Thanks,

Zach

Well I got the car started today. Turns out it was the plug wires in reverse order on the coil pack that caused the car not to start. I am getting a rough idle still, the hydrolic clutch isnt engaging right and also it revs high when you start it. I'll continue to work on it tomorrow, any help is apreciated, i know the forums have been up and down lately.

Reving high when in idle could be two things...

-Bad or miscalibrated TPS sensor
-The idle adjustment screw on the top of the throttle body is adjust too far out.

I hope this gets you stepping in the right direction.

ill have to look into that. im pretty sure the rough idle (after its started) is due to a vacume leak. also, i bought 2 bottles of brake fluid so i can blead the breaks and the hydrolic clutch. i believe that is why the clutch wasnt fully engagine and disengaging.
