Right after I "launched" my car, it dies. The clutch pedal only traveled half as far as it used to. There was a squeeking noise when it is depressed. It was dark out so I couldn't check it over to well

I tried starting it in neutral with the clutch depressed as far as it would go. It started alright. But when I tried putting it in gear, it instantly killed itself before I began releasing the clutch. WTF

Check your fork position and travel. Does it act like it goes into gear partially?

Possible that the TOB is going bad, Broke the pressure plate, bent the fork, messed up a gear in your tranny.

Let me guess, you "launched" your car like people do at the track. This is how alot of people break their drive train. You cannot do a hard launch and expect not to break something, specially a drive train you are not sure of the condition its in....

It seems like it goes into gear at least partially. Right when I put it into first it lurches forward and dies

You can't bend the fork, they break.

Ive seen many a bent forks. my friends ACT 2900 bent 2 OEM forks back in 2004 when Taboo Speed Shop was seliing their billet forks. He bought one of those an never looked back.

So after a launch, your clutch wont disengage from the flywheel correctly which makes you lunge forward when you slam it into gear. You're clutch isnt disengaging all the way then. TOB bearing is f'ed up, clutch forks bent or broke, Your slave or master cylinder took a dump, your clutch pedal needs to be adjusted, etc.

I figured I'd post what actually happened. There's a bracket next to the slave cylinder that was missing. When I got on the gas, the tranny housing opened up. My throwout bearing was in pieces, and some pressure plate teeth were bent. Had to fabricate a new bracket. Replaced all the seals, new OEM T.O. bearing, and an OEM clutch kit from Exedy, and properly adjusted the clutch. Drives and shifts great now.
