Can't adjust idle.

Okay been working on this car forever and not having much luck after searching forever on how to fix this car I'm giving up and asking for your guys help. So I'm trying to adust my idle but no matter how much I unscrew the biss it will not increase or decrease the idle. It will kill the car once screwed all the way in but nothing else. I have done boost leak test, re-checked timing, new shaft seals, checked my isc and tps. What else could I be missing here.

My mods include: stroker kit, 880cc injectors, Maf-t, t3-t4 turbo, dsm chip. 272 bc cams.

Are you grounding the ignition adjustment timing plug?

Yeah I grounded both plugs but nothing ever changes. My fan still comes on I thought they stayed off when the plugs were grounded.

Possible bad isc drivers in the ecu

Hopefully not I haven't checked yet but it was a rebuilt ecu from motoguys but I can double check that there are no leaking capacitors

Everything in the ecu seems fine with a visual inspections. I guess my next step is the fiav. If the fiav is bad will that cause me not to be able to adjust the idle? Or is it normally just associated with the idle surging up and down?

I was experiencing a similar issue .. Im buying ecmlink and hoping it will help

So i did screw in my spring for the fiav rechecked throttle plate adjustment and after that i was able to adjust my idle up and down but after i unplug the jumper wires the idle still goes back to 1100 to 1200 rpm. Might be due to cold temperatures and blocking off the fiav also going to check again for boost leaks after taking off throttle body.
