canadian / japanese seatbelts

[JDP AWD 1g]

my mechanic told me about this a few nights ago, ive been diggin on these forums and also online....ive found little to no information about this, so imma try asking

apparently canadian / japanese 1g's didnt come with the automatic seatbelts. the came with the old fashioned person operated ones...

anyways i would love to remove my automatic seatbelts and install the regular ones, found in most other cars...does anyone have any info on this??

Some of the european 1gs had manual seatbelts but im not sure exactly which ones, but all DSMs were made in the good 'ole USA.

All 1g Eclipses in Europe has manuel seatbelts..

I have them in my talon and in my bros talon
got all parts for people in can.
a-pillers,b-pillers,seat belts and lower seat belt braket and bolts

you also lose alot weight taking out all the oem seat belt parts
