Can you make a turbo timer harness?

I have a full parts car thats being junked and was wondering if I can cut up some harness to make a plug and play one? I have no problem with wiring. Can't find any harness for cheaper then $25 shipped.

I'm sure you can just splice lines in for the turbo timer but then it wouldn't be plug and play now would it.

Sure can if you have another harness and connectors to hack up and do it. But, for the time I would have spent doing this also i just baught one.
