Can you make a homemade wideband

I have seached and searched and havnt found anything related to this. My question is wideband are a little out of my range right now and I thought i recalled someone saying that you can use a volt meeter gauge and another 02 senser. is it posible to make a wideband out of those?

No, the other o2 sensor is just a narrowband.

Also a wideband is able to pump the gas through itself for it readings. A narrowband does not do that, the gas just flow through.
