can you change spring on stock e316g wastegate?

The stock wastegate does not open, so you would need the whole 19 psi wastegate, not just the spring.

Ps. The stock wastegate is capable of 19 psi easily with a boost controller. In fact it will probably hold about 25 psi to redline.

Ps. Ps. If you need more out of it, you can add spacers between the wastegate and the compressor housing.

If you have a little patience you can get them open. Just need a small flat head screwdriver and a hammer. Peel the lip up and the cap will pop out. There will be a small nut on the end of the actuator rod that will need to be removed along with the diaphragm. When your finished just crimp the lip down again.

I haven't done this with a TD05 wategate but several times with TD04 wastegates. It is very popular in the 3000gt community to install 9psi wategate springs from a WRX to replace the factory 6psi springs.

There is no such thing as a "19psi spring" that is adaptable to any one wastegate, internal or external. Spring pressure relates to application as well as fitment issues like length, diameter, etc. For example, a 1-bar spring for a 38mm TiAL is not the same as a 1-bar spring in a 44mm TiAL because the wastegate valve itself has a larger surface area.

Besides that, the factory actuator is crimped shut. While it's possible to cut the actuator apart and weld it back together, you'd have no clue what the actual base spring pressure would be until you install it on the car.
