can someone inform me on these two turbos?

i have two turbos one being a td05h and the other possibly td04(not sure) wondering which will be better for a 300 hp application and i want to know specs on the unknown turbo thx

now the thing is the compresser fins are different the unknown turbo looks as if it would have better suction and compression where as the td05h has regular fins and normal boost. thanks for the time and sorry bout the newb question this is my first build and i would like to figure this out.

the 14b is a better more efficient turbo

its very similar to the t25( which is stock off a 2g ) but the t25 will only support about 15 psi before its maxed out

and 15psi wont get you your 300hsp

the 14b, with the right supporting mods will get you to the 300, its a better turbo for sure and spools much like the t25 but will go a lot higher then 15psi

yep 14B and t25, but the t25's outlet has been welded on backwards?? possibly t25 for a nissan? Stock 2G's faces the same way the compressor is, towards the passenger side, stock side mount intercooler...

use the 14B (the one that says TDO5) you will need to get a jpipe, its a more efficient turbo, flows roughly 100cfm more than the t25 at 15psi

Post a pic of the turbine on the garrett turbo. It may be a t28, the inlet looks like it may have been bored, but when i look at the pic of it, the photo is distorted.

That's a T28 on the left, 14B on the right.

The T28 has more potential than a 14B in stock form. and would be a direct fit replacement to the stock T25 on a 2G.
