Can I use this Throttle body.

Well. I ruined the screw and threads on my throttle body, so now the car idles worse then before and boost leak up the boo boo.

So I found this other TB i had. But it has a plate on the bottom, I was told the car will not idle with that plate on??? Anything I can do to make it idle right if I install it?
