Can i run a 2g Mas on 1g car w/o SAFC and Tuning??

As question states i want to put on a 2g MAS into my 1g GST but i think it's not safe and the car might turn off on me every now and then do i need to run the 2g mas w/ a SAFC and tuning? or can i run it w/o SAFC????

You can do it, but it'll run like shit unless you have an AFC.

1G MAS and 2G MAS readings are not the same. You'll need an afc to adjust the readings to run the car properly.

550's almost even the car out I have the 2g mas in my car with 550's and no problems. Remind you its not perfect but it works fine with 550's.

What the guy said before me - 550s are pretty close. I hear the 2G MAS will make it run around 20% leaner ... BAD.

With 550s and AFC you'll need to do next to no tuning from what I understand.

I was going to cut a 2G MAS in but I still didn't but a SAFC or DSM link for my car, along with that I don't really feel like buying 550s to make it go smoother...
