Can I log IDC with pocketlogers on a 2G ?

Hello friends, here's the question:
Can I log IDC with pocketlogers on a 2G ?

I have a ANDROID application called TORQUE. It logs some stuff via OBDII, but don't log the IDC. There's a way to add it by adding the pid "221193", BUT I couldn't test it yet.

So, anyone successfully logged IDC with any pocket logger ?
