Tell me what your guys think... it runs great at around 60mph. other than that i can't get a steady idle. it surges. things like that

It's getting stuck in open loop and your coolant temps are too high in that 2nd log, 210* is the highest you want to see. Your first log, the front o2 sensor never cycled and in the 2nd log it did a little bit, you still went into open loop though.

My suggestion, check your CTS wiring and MAF wiring, both of these sensor connectors are easily damaged and can be intermittent. If you find the coolant temp. sensor wiring is bad you can easily fix it without a new connector.

ok. my fan never came on. i was idling. idk why it didnt... ill have to check it.

and, would my CTS (im guessin Coolant temperature Sensor) cause it to get stuck in open loop? or would the MAF?

Both actually, even if your MAF is still good and we find the issue elsewhere I suggest replacing it with a stock 2g one. The 1g MAF's, I hate to say it, are garbage and should be replaced immediately because of how inconsistent they are.

I just went back through the logs once again and forgot to mention, adjust your TSPVolts to 0.63v at idle.
