What brands would you recomend when im gearing for street legal? Turbo ofcourse.
HKS cams are $350 or something.

So:
Cams
Cam gears
rockers
lifters
valve springs
retainers

What else?

What ratio for all that apply should I do?

Hello jc71corvette,

If your plannin on reving higher than 8500 RPM go with dual valve springs.
Cams - No HKS go with FP2's (Forced performance). They worked with Comp Cams to design a really good cam for DSM's.
Cam gears - Unsure, most run stock with no issues.
Rockers - Stock
Lifters- Revised lifters, they have a larger oil hole on the top to prevent the usual DSM tick.
Valve springs - I went with crower springs/ Ti retainers but I later found out that Manley has a higher spring rate. I take mine to 8500 with FP2's and its fine.
Retainers - Same brand as springs should be fine.

Best regards,

BIGBLAZE79

I agree with MyÜberFastGSX. Go with the Brian Crower. I also remember reading on here about the debate that using the evo rockers is an upgrade over the eclipse rockers. So you might want to check into that also.

Nice replys.TY TY
Iv been reading you get some HP gain out of your rockers ratio. True?

good luck

Fp2x is very special for high rev , and you should use the dual valve springs like supertech dual valve springs and retainers on my car .
cam gears is really unsure but if you want to use them , unorthodox make the best cam gears .
you can use 3g lifters .
