I want to know if I put hks 272 cams in the 6bolt that I am building for my 2g if it going to help it out that much? What I have done is evo 3 and all of the supporting mods.

Yup. Properlly tuned, you'll gain a good bit of top end power. 272's are good for around 3800 to 7500 r's.
 
definately, especially considering the fact you are running a turbo that makes power below 4k rpm. then there shouldn't be any deadspots in your powerband 272's will be a great addition to your ride, as the power they produce up top is definatley noticeable. reason i brougt up the powerband issue is a buddy of mine is running a FPRED on a 2.0 with a set of 272s, and the car is an absolute dog below 4800rpm, but then its the sickest thing ive been in above that LOL. just wouldnt be happy with a powerband shifted to that range thats all.....good luck
