camber plates

Tried searching but couldn't find any answers. Is it worth having camber plates on the front for a drag only car? I have the ground control kit and they mentioned getting the plates also. Is there really a need? Thanks in advance.

If you want to easily be able to adjust camber yes.

Ive always used just the camber bolts on my 1G. Ill say Ill be glad to be switching over to the plates. Much easier if you are always making adjustments.

I can't see using them for drag since you don't need to run negative camber for that.

I guess I'll order the plates. The guy at ground control said he would refund me some money if I sent the top hats back to him if they weren't used. Hopefully I'll get this car running some time this year...
