420A cam gears

how come on the outside of my cam gears it says 2.0 front and on the back side it says 2.4 front ???

Because they're made to be used on two different Chrysler engines, perhaps?

yea i looked into it and looked at the gap on each side and came to the conclusion that they could just be flipped around for a 2.4 li engine pt cruiser perhaps for clearnce issues
