Cam gear accesory

So I was browsing through all the 2013 Shootout pics and found this one. What is the red part on the exhaust cam with the lines attached to it? I don't recall ever seeing such a component like this before. Seen others, just not this... I saw another pic from the passenger side and for a brief moment (very brief), I thought it may have been a mechanical fuel pump, but yeah, it's nowhere near where it would go.

It is a mechanical fuel pump.

Guess I was right. Correct to assume that it is cam driven right?

Indeed. It looks like it's using the same aeromotive unit that this magnus kit uses (Magnus Mechanical Fuel Pump Drive | Magnus Motorsports).

Looks like it's using a different mounting solution though.
