cam cap question/problem

alright i just got done doing my head, i put the cams in and they won't spin, now i kow the cams are straight and so is the head. the caps are not from the head i used, now my question is what are the numbers on the cap there is the i number and e number to tell what side of the head they go on, but what are the other numbers, there are numbers that designate something but i don't know what it's for. there are 6-1, 5-2, 4-1, 3-2 numbers that vary, and i wanted to know what they meant. i had 5's on the exhaust and i went down to three's and now the cam spins, still a little tight. any info? need all the info i can get

Only the originals will fit without being align-honed. Same as last week.

Gotta get the caps that were on the head or get it line honed with the new caps. Either one or the other.
