2G Cam Angle Sensor Problem

Hi i am currently swapping my 96 eclipse motor (7 bolt 4g63t) into a 97 talon. i can not figure out what sensor to put in the hole on the passenger side of the intake cam. the 1g cas looks like it would fit but there in no wire in the harness that connects to it. the talon cas that fits into the harness doesnt work on the motor. please help ive been trying to figure out for days now.

You have a wiring job ahead of you because the sensors are different for those years...I can't tell you what wire but I'm sure that's what you have to do

You can use a 1g CAS and make or buy a harness

Or you could use the intake cam from your 97 and use the 97 CAS , the 97-99 cam is threaded to accept the 97-99 CAS
