I understand this has been talked about before.. but it is very specific to the color of car.

So I want to paint my brake calipers, and i'm choosing a color.

My GST is the OEM maroon...
Oh yeah.. and its a convertible with the tan top.

Vote: color

Not doing black...

and not doing red... red would clash with the maroon i'm pretty sure.

Just painted some under-the-hood stuff red... would not work for external.

well.. this has gotten quiet..
I didn't think of maroon... and I just might do that..
still open to ideas though...
Silver?
Green?....

Pink?
Rainbow?
LOL

I can't believe nobody asked this, but what color/kind of rims do you have?

Either way, I say you should paint em white:)

Mine are silver on ugly maroon.

Edit: NM I see you have a 2g

I always say...if they're stock, just paint them black or gray. No reason to show off your stock little baby calipers. I painted mine black and added an 'Eclipse' decal to them. Looks stock and clean, not too show-offy. I think there's a pic in my profile.

I don't have the red on my rims anymore, so it's even a bit cleaner.

That eclipse decal looks sick, I might do that.
But I vote gold. If you look at the color wheel just think of the distance from your car's body color to the color of the calipers as the intensity amount. If you go green its about as extreme as it gets and everyone will notice the calipers. :p just my input tho.
