i have the same exact car as you.. Barcelona Red Spyder. I wanted to go purple with purple lug nuts because i want purple accents in my engine bay but couldnt find the color at the time so i just did red. Im still going to do purple calipers and lugs when i get gold rims though :thumb:

You can certainly powdercoat the calipers and lug nuts the exact same color... I also happen to know someone who does it :D

Wow.. gold.. didn't think of that.
would need to think on, and maybe see it.

You guys have been helpful thus far!

As for rims... right now they are stock.. I am GOING to swap them out though...
maybe for Motegi MR117 's...
That might be another thread of suggestion..

And "Barcelona red pearl" is now in my vocab of proffered color (wasn't sure which OEM red mine was)

That looks really sick...

I might go with black, and some white streaks.
It just looks so cool

I always say...if they're stock, just paint them black or gray. No reason to show off your stock little baby calipers. I painted mine black and added an 'Eclipse' decal to them. Looks stock and clean, not too show-offy. I think there's a pic in my profile.

I don't have the red on my rims anymore, so it's even a bit cleaner.

Where did you get that decal?
It has to withstand lots of heat!

One more vote for gold. I have a Barcelona Red '99 with factory chrome wheels and light gold calipers. I think it works well with the color of the car.

Thanks, I believe I got them off eBay believe it or not. They've been on there forever and haven't come off so they withstand the heat just fine. :thumb:.
