calcking sond all over the motor

brad new rebuilt engine 1 problem after a nother it is a 1g 6 bolt swap and the had to put new fly well bolts in because the broke now the car is making the clacking sound all over and when i push the clutch in it dies or gets suck and when i try to put it in to first it starts to grind please help
