ECUflash cable compatibility

I bought this and a flash ecu from a guy who said he was using them as a bundle.. but isn't this a 1.3?

Pretty sure I got ripped off. He swears he used them together.

That's a 1.3. The flash ecu may not be a 2G blackbox, it could be an evo 8 one.

What is the ECU part number and/or Actual Board number?

That is 100% a 1.3* cable... But as said, if the ECU is something else beside an H8 Ecu it will work.
