well first off the car ran fine before the swap. i just recently swapped over to coil on plug on my 4g63. it runs fine everywhere on the driving spectrum but at a cruzing pace from -15 to 0 psi. i swap back to regular spark plug wires and it went away, so does changing over to c.o.p. affect mt timming spark or anything that can cause this? any and all help is welcomed.

Most COP setups are not as good as the OEM stock ignition system. Your problem is most likely related the downgrading performance of the COP. You can try making your plug gap smaller and see if it helps.
