O.K so i got a good automotive background, but this is my first turbo setup. I understand for the most part but i have recently been reading that a bypass valve setup is more suitable for the 420a custom turbo setup. Does anyone have like a diagram showing a bypass valve setup or can someone explain exactly where the air should be recirculated back into the system.

The bypass(bov) only needs to be recirculated on cars equipped with a mass airflow sensor. Your 420 is equipped with a map sensor and ait sensor. This system is more or less known as a speed density system and performance will not be effected whether you vent or recirculate. Some will tell you that spool recovery will be effected but in all actuality, it wont. The only time spool recovery is effected while recirculating is if your intake pipe is too small to supprt the airflow capabilities of the turbo. And in this case, the recirculation port on the intake would have to be pretty close to the compressor and angled into the inlet.
