Getting the following turbo (b16g ported/clipped) from a member on the boards, does it look good?

I can definitely tell that the turbo has been put through little use. You tell by the carbon buildup on the exhaust fins and the turbine housing. The porting on the turbo looks to be of VERY high quality and should flow pretty well. Also, it appears that there are no cracks in the turbine housing, which again indicates that the turbo hasn't seen too much action. If this guy sold this item on ebay, it would sell for probably over $400.00. Depending on how much hes selling it for, this could be a very good deal. Dont forget that you'll need bigger injectors and some type of fuel computer to correct your air/fuel ratio to get the fullest out of this beast. Although, why did you post pics of the other items, like the blow off valve and the manifold? Are you buying those as well?

The manifold looks like it has some quality porting as well...if hes not charging much then I'd say go ahead and get it. With the manifold and turbo both ported out like that, your going to get some really low spool times (sweet).
