buying ignition coil

Ok so I am looking at buying an ignition coil cause I think mine is in its way out and was wondering is a msd coil a lot better and worth the money will I notice a gain in throttle response or mileage possibly power

The stock one will do just fine if you want to spend the money go for it but i dont see many if any dsmers use much else. For the street stock is more than plenty.
