buying a tsi, need help

well in 2 weeks im buying an eagle talon TSI, ive read the awd vs 2wd and i think i'll go with the awd, now what things should i look out for, common rust spots, parts that are common to break and such, thanx.

check for usual car stuff

then the more DSM specific things are:

the tranny [ drive it ]
turbo [ take off the intake arm and spin the wheel, check for play too; this means if you can move the actually wheel side to side or in and out ]
check compression
check for leaks
clutch

etc etc
