I don't understand what your asking in question 1, as for question two, use some inginueity. you have to slip on the TB elbow half way, thread the bolt behind it.. and then follow the bolt in as you slide the TB onto the studs. to torque it you might need a screw driver and hammer to bash it tight. what do you mean your running no front bumper? no crash bar or no bumper cover? you dont need a bumper crash beam to run the FMIC, you just use the fog light holes as mounting points.

heres a pic install as you can see no bumper aka crash bar, and with no crash bar the middle of the cover has no support, whats the best way to fix

You cut the crash beam to fit around the front mount. If u dont have the crash beam then you can either source a new one or build a custom support

understand that im sure someone else has with out a crash bar right

heres what im working with with the front/lower bolt
thanks for all the help

That tb bolt is a huge pain in the a$$, but I managed to get it with a open end wrench and a lot of Finesse. It will scrap against the side if not put in first. What I did was pushed that bolt all the way through the elbow first and then started to thread it on giving you very litte but neccesary space.
