definitiveno said:that map shows around 55lbs/min
1029TSG said:In a perfect world with a highly volumetrically engine you may see flow rates that high, but Garrett only rates it at 48. As you can see the map is good for 30+ psi as well.
BoostedTalonTS said:So David,
Who exactly is making these turbine housings for you? -I see that you are listed in Florida, but you sell these V-Trim turbos & turbine housings out of Michigan on ebay... What's up with that? Now I see that GRE, Mach5, & NS FAbrications sells the same thing (housings and turbos). What's REALLY going on?
Sorry for the off-topic, I just want to get something straightened out here...

1029TSG said:There's been a lot of talk about where these compressor wheels came from and what their original application and designed for. Is anyone interested in where the 50 trim, 60 trim and 60-1 originated?

1029TSG said:Yes, we have an eBay store. Yes, we have those resellers/distributors as you mentioned. Yes, we manufacture our housings in Michigan. In fact our whole operation is based in Muskegon, I choose to live here in mostly sunny Florida. I strictly run the website, answer emails and phone calls in a home office. This allows me to keep up with everyone nearly 24 hours a day. How do we do it? Well our parent company is Eagle Alloy, www.eaglealloy.com. They offer us the resources we need to cast and machine virtually any product. With over 300 employees, an engineering department, pattern shop, foundry, CNC machine shop and a list of high tech equipment at our disposal.
BoostedTalonTS said:OK, now I'm REALLY confused... In your email that you sent me about one of your housings for sale on ebay, you said that you never even heard of NS FABRICATIONS? -Yet you acknowledge it here? What gives?
...With all of the amenities that you mentioned, plus having ties with the DSM community for some time now (ie, DSM SHOP, DSM Performance, Extreme Turbo, ect, ect...). I find it hard to believe that you couldn't get a hold of an Evo3 O2 Housing gasket and lay it over one of your cast turbine housing and snap a pic like I asked in my email... Sorry, just seems like something isn't right here.
1029TSG said:I'm not sure who NS Fabrications is, they may have an account with us. Do you have a web address?
