Building boost but no power

Hey guys is anyone had that problem b4, I'M building boost but no power, i mean when the boost gauge shows 12 PSI'S it looks like im driving regular N/T Car, did a boost leek test and i got leek from my stock blow off valve at 27 PSI, so wut i got to do next???!!
need help!!!!!!!

I come across this problem rarely during mornings. Once I boost it lightly a few times it seems to go away. I did notice that my fuel rail connector from the filter, the O ring was bad, and chopped a little. I think its the fuel pressure, since my ignition is fine. Hopefully when I get that new seal it should solve that problem.

Well for the record, it's not fuel pressure. It won't cause this problem. When you did your boost leak test, did you use soapy water to check for leaks or was it just a visual/audible test? It still sounds to me like you have a boost leak.

how is the clutch looking. are you building boost and rpm, but going nowhere?

I did the boost leak test with water

My clutch is good (i think) couse the gears shifting realy good

maybee my intercooler socks hot air into the engine????? couse when i'm driving like for 10-15 min all engine gets hot, like i cant hold my hand on the intake manifold ir valve cover
