I am building my head right now and have been looking around for springs, retainers, valves, and cams and really cant decide on who to go with.

This is the setup that I have thought up just want some other opinions before I finalize.\

SI Dual Wound Springs
Manley Titanium Retainers
SI Stainless Steel Valves Std. Size and Nitride coated
Comp Cams Sever Compeition www.slowboyracing.com to get specs
or
FP2 Cams

Please just give me some input and tell me how things have worked

I would only go with dual springs if I was putting the motor to 9k other than that you are better off with single springs and Ti retainers. Go with the comp 2 cams if you are reving the motor past 7500 and have a big turbo and a sheetmetal intake if not go with the stage 1s.
Oversize valves are a big air flow improvement with the porting to work with everything.

The speed Factor can get you everything for around $1200 shipped. Thats who im going w/ when i do my build. I mean its everything from cams, springs, retainers, valves, guides, locks, etc...

I went with FFWD. I was going to put mine together myself but decided last minute to have someone else do it. Darren over there is the man. Their price isnt to bad at all and they do some of the best work I have ever seen. I would recomend going with them. http://www.ffwdconnection.com/

As far as the cams, I would go with the FP2s if your going all out with your motor, if not get the FP1s like mentioned before. If you go with the FP2s get dual valve springs, if your going with the FP1s get single springs.

That is ok man i have a discount set up through SBR. I added it all up and for SI valves, SI dual springs, with manly Ti retainers, bronze guides, locks, and Comp Sever Cams. It came out to be $950 shipped +/- $25, but thanks anyway.

So if you would like a deal then just PM me and we can discuss it.
